 The St. Jude Scramble will take place on Saturday, August 27th. The registration fee for the event is $125.Included with your $125 ticket: - 18 hole green fee

- $25 donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
Tee times will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.
Registration forms (print at bottom of page) can be mailed to 528 S. Summit Ave., Villa Park, IL 60181 with checks made payable c/o Jason Rodriguez. You may also register online by clicking the donation link below. If you use the online registration method you will need to contact Jason or Sarah Rodriguez with golfer information.
